Rice pudding lollies

800 ml. milk

200 ml of evaporated milk

1 cinnamon stick

The skin of a lemon

1 vanilla bean

150 gr. rice

150 gr. sugar

150 ml. of cream

 

We put in a pot of milk, evaporated milk, cinnamon, whole vanilla pod and lemon peel, heat it over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
